It's incredible Reddit have built up this workforce of free, dedicated and knowledgable workers and are so willing to throw them away instead of listening to them.

Mind you, that interview with Spez where he was admiring what Musk is doing with Twitter speaks volumes as to his short-term mindset.

Looks like they have had tunnel vision set on their IPO.

Does anyone here know what ‘the markets’ have been making of all this? How do you think it may have impacted their attractiveness to potential investors?

I think it's a really interesting situation, and if anyone missed the 2021 GameStop story, it reconfirms the power of communities.

Without getting into why Reddit made the decision, i think the biggest mistake they made is failing to take their most important people on the journey with them.

From the outside looking in, it seems like everyone is in their trench which will make moving forward even more of a challenge.
