So at this point, to view posts you have to go into each section of interest, if there are plans to add an "all in one" tab where you can view all posts in all areas just by scrolling down.

Are you looking for a feed of everything including the communities you haven’t joined?
I was not aware of that, I was clicking the "just about" menu on the left which only shows just about posts
