EVE Online Season 2
CCP Games - developers of EVE Online - has extended its partnership with Just About for another stellar year! As our very first community, Just About EVE Online has been integral to our progress over the past year, and we’re delighted to continue our journey together. Share the bounty, share the content, share the love
If you’re excited about the future of Just About, then perhaps you’ve thought about inviting some friends to join you here. Bounties are a big part of the JA experience, but how can we help more non-JAvians discover them? Introducing bounty cards! These snazzy new images make bounties more shareable than ever, and all you need to do is share a bounty link off platform and watch as the embedded image does the rest! It works for curated content too, so if you’re proud of your contribution to an article, you know what to do! You’ll have our sincere thanks for helping us grow too!
Bug fixes and optimisations
As ever, the tech and platform team has been hard at work smashing bugs and optimising the platform. Here are a few improvements from the last seven days.
Deleted posts or bounties no longer appear in notifications or email digests
The bounty reward details box doesn’t appear over the live feed when specific screen widths are used
Image loading times have been improved
The “Curated” label no longer overlaps with text when embedding curated content in discussions and replies
