The build consists of using the charged attack of the explosive bow practically during the entire run and with the help of lightning attack relics the build quickly becomes a room-clearing machine. The main relics that are the basis of this build are:

• Wire Spool: Charged weapon attacks emit lightning

• High-Voltage Cobweb: Critical hits from lightning have a chance to conjure new lightning strikes

• Copper Rod: Increase the times that lightning travels between foes by 2

I also included relics like notched belt and Reuleauk's Triangle to greatly increase the damage of the charged attack.

There are probably more relics that synergize with this build, but this is one of the best builds I've been able to achieve so far!
