That's what this bounty is all about. Tell us about an amazing artist you only just discovered, plus a link to their best song or songs, and a few words about what they're like, why they're so good, and why you hadn't heard of them yet; they can be a new up-and-comer or a legend you only just heard about. We'll probably run this bounty regularly, so we've got time to hone the format!
The best 15 submissions get $3 apiece.
