I really love what can be done on our home computers today.
Example:
This remake of VNV Nation with AI Dave Gahan (Depeche Mode) and Lana Del Rey singing instead of the members of VNV Nation.
There are a lot of singers no longer with us, that can now redo your favorite songs with tools - free to anyone with internet. And there are singers still with us, like these two that would never sing this VNV Song.
I know, its stealing an artists Intellectual Property... but I feel that remixes that are not done for cash should fall under the parody laws. I write this as an artist in the industry.
