What do you folks think of the first Download Fest announcement for next year?
Personally, I'm super excited. I haven't been to Download before but ever since Green Day were teased, I told myself I was gonna commit if the rest of the lineup is decent, and while I'm not too fussed about Sleep Token or Korn, there are some amazing bands lower down the bill for me. Including but not limited to:
Weezer
Jimmy Eat World
Don Broco
Frank Carter & the Sex Pistols
Boston Manor
Bad Nerves
Bex
Dead Pony
The Scratch
Spiritual Cramp
Teen Mortgage
Venus Grrrls
Is there anyone else you're hoping for in a second wave announcement? Personally, I want to see a little more punk representation. Bob Vylan, Soft Play, Amyl & the Sniffers, Snayx, Soapbox, Play Dead, Gallus... all still on my wishlist even though I've seen them all before!
