Cupid is a strong hunter in Smite 2 with a great ultimate, good abilities for sustain, and high basic attack damage with the right build.
Cupid aspect (Aspect of Love): Heart Bomb's damage is decreased but the enemy hit has reduced Attack Speed and the explosion area heals allies. At 8 stacks of Lovestruck, allies also gain a Health Shield.
Cupid passive (Lovestruck allies): Hitting a Basic Attack grants Cupid a stack, or stacks if the Target is an enemy God. Cupid's abilities will consume up to 8 stacks of Lovestruck when used, granting them additional Damage, Healing, and bonus effects.

This build is a mix of crit pen and attack speed, you can kill any god tank or not a tank so easy.

Cupid is one of the most useful ADC / Carry in the game, Thanks to his abilities to stun, slow and deal great physical damage to enemies as well as being able to heal his allies, he is a very versatile and useful god in combat.
Abilities
Passive: Hitting a basic attack grants a stack, or two stack if the target is an enemy God with a maximum stack of 16.
Abilities like Heart hype, Share of love and Fields of love always consume up to 8 stacks on use, causing these abilities to deal 2% or more damage , 2% of more healing, and bonus effects per stack.
First ability (Heart bomb): Cupid fires a charged arrow that deals physical damage and slows the first enemy hit by this arrow, after 3 seconds the heart will explode dealing physical damage to enemies around it and If Cupid has 8 stacks of loverstruck all enemies in the explosion area will be stunned.
This ability deals additional damage to Minions with a 55% bonus damage.
Second ability (Share the love): Cupid summons a bomb in the area selected by the player which detonates after 0.75 sec, dealing physical damage to all enemies hit.
After the bomb explodes, three hearts will come out of the bomb and remain suspended for 8 sec. If an ally grabs one of the hearts, they will have healing and mana regeneration, Also if Cupid has eight stacks of his passive the hearts will also give increases in strength and intelligence.
When an ally or Cupid himself picks up a heart, he gains a stack of Loverstruck, and if an ally picks up the heart you heal for 60% of the value and also restores mana.

How to play?
Cupid can be put to good use thanks to his different abilities that make him very versatile in combat, but I will give you some tips on how to use him:

For the cupid I normally use a hybrid build, normally the auto build one, since it has itens that will increase both Strength and Intelligence, while increasing the attack speed, what is extremely useful for his passive! But remember you can focus on STR or INT builds, you can plan with the team the best option for each situation.
To start to understanding the Cupid we must start the auto attack and his passive, Lovestruck, the auto attack will stack hearts up to 14, and this hearts will be used to increase the power of the other skills, so this justify the fast attack in the build. The auto attack are arrows with a good range and decent damage but it counterpoint you have low health and low defence so be careful and always choose to maintain distance and use your skill wisely.
The Heartbomb his first skill will fire an arrow at the enemy, it will cause damage, it will slow the enemy and after a few seconds will explode dealing more damage, it has a good range and the only thing you need to really worry is you aim.
Share of Love is a little more complex skill and it will trow a bomb that will explode in a small area and the highlight of it is that it after the explosions 3 hearts will drop and you and your allies can pick it up to get a heal, and this fits extremely well with the Flutter that is a skill that make you dash forward and make a trail that will buff alies speed and attack. This will be perfect within group attacks where you trow a bomb and dash forward oping space for your alies to attack, while cure themselves with the hearts drop!
And filly the Fields of Love your ultra, that you create a big circle with arrows on the ground dealing a good amount of damage.
How you could see the Cupid is very simple in the most of its gameplay and the main thing to practice is to stack enough hearts before using a skill. Each skill use up to 8 hearts and more hearts more buffs your skill will have, after practising that the rest should be easy to master!
Cupid is a versatile character, usable solo, thanks to the ability to both inflict damage on the opposing team and heal his teammates. I can place Cupid among the supporting characters.
