How to play Aladdin in SMITE 2!

Aladdin is a completely new Smite 2 god thanks to Hi-rez and UE5 because he has a unique kit with new mechanics that have never been in Smite 1 before.

You can play this god in any role you want. With the right build, he can carry the game to victory.


Aladdin's Passive and Abilities :

Passive (Three Wishes): Aladdin can make 3 wishes at any time in the match. He also gains up to 2 charges of Genie's Strength every 15s.

  • Wish 1 (Wealth): Aladdin gains 250 gold. God kills & Assists and provides 100 more gold for the duration.

  • Wish 2 (Immortality): While dead, Aladdin may wish to be instantly revived. He will gain 75% Movement Speed for 10s when leaving the fountain.

  • Wish 3 (Power): Aladdin's ability, item, and relic cooldowns are reset. He also gains 2 charges of Genie's Strength.


Abilities:

  1. Kufic Invocation: Aladdin fires 5 Kufic Symbols that deal Magical Damage to enemies in a cone. Charging the ability will narrow the cone. When fully charged, the symbols merge dealing Magical Damage. The fully charged symbol travels further and deals more damage. If Aladdin uses a charge of Genie's Strength, the Genie will send the symbols back to Aladdin, dealing Magical Damage to enemies it passes through.

  2. Sultan's Grace: Aladdin dashes forward dealing Magical Damage to enemies he passes through. If Aladdin uses a charge of Genie's Strength, he can summon the Genie to unleash a flurry of 5 punches that deal Magical Damage to enemies in front of Aladdin.

  3. Agile Run: Aladdin dashes forward. If he dashes into a wall or obstacle, he will run along it before leaping to a location, dealing Magical Damage to enemies in the landing area. If Aladdin uses a charge of Genie's Strength, the Genie will jump from the wall alongside him, slamming down at the landing location dealing Magical Damage and Knocking Up all enemies hit.

  4. Into The Lamp: Aladdin throws the Lamp forward, stopping on the first enemy god hit. If successful, Aladdin and the enemy God are pulled into the Lamp to challenge each other.

    Aladdin and his chosen foe will have their health restored to a minimum amount. Aladdin's non-ultimate cooldowns are reset upon entering. The Target's non-ultimate cooldowns are halved. The lamp is left behind, allowing any God to enter the lamp and join the ongoing challenge.

Abilities leveling order:

  1. Kufic Invocation: 1.4.6.7.10

  2. Sultan's Grace: 3.15.16.18.19

  3. Agile Run: 2.8.11.12.14

  4. Into The Lamp: 5.9.13.17.20

This build for mid-lane.


This one you can play mid-lane with it but it is better if you play Aladdin Jungle.


Tips for Aladdin:

  • Be careful when you use your wishes (Immortality, Power), these 2 wishes is a game changer if you use them at the right time

  • When you use your ultimate look at the map if you are alone and enemy team are more than 2 don't use it, because they can enter the lamp and you will lose your fight.

  • As a jangler you can rotate fast duo to your abilities, so help your teammates to get advantage into their lanes.

Aladdin The Sultan

Aladdin He is a new character added in Smite 2 that was not in Smite 1 and brought with him new mechanics and abilities that change what is normally seen in Smite 1, This character can be used as a Midliner or jungler and with the possibility of the 3 wishes of his passive this character is complicated but very incredible if you learn how to use it.

Abilities

Passive: Aladdin has the possibility to ask the genie for 3 wishes during the game, granting him different Buffs that would be:

  • Wealth: Earn 250 gold and assists or killing gods will give you 100 more gold for 3 minutes

  • Immortality: If Aladdin dies he will be immediately revived at his team's base gaining 75% movement speed for 10 seconds upon leaving the fountain

  • Power: Resets the cooldown of abilities and items in addition to gaining 2 charges of the genie's Strength

And passively Aladdin gains 2 charges of the genie's strength every 15 sec

  1. First ability (Kufic Invocation): Aladdin fires 5 projectiles that pass through all enemies, dealing magic damage, and when the ability is activated again, these projectiles return once they reach the maximum distance.

    This ability needs to be charged at the beginning the projectiles will be dispersed forming a conical area but by waiting a moment the ability will be fully charged and the projectiles will go in a straight line doing more damage and reaching further than before since the ability will be fully charged.

  2. Second ability (Sultan's Grace): Aladdin dashes forward, passing through all enemies in his path, increasing his damage by 0.5% for each enemy below 50% health and dealing magic damage, and when reactivating the ability Aladdin will use a charge of the genie's strength to summon him and hit 5 times where Aladdin points, dealing magic damage in a small area.

  3. Third ability (Agile run): Aladdin Dash towards a wall, either on the map or created by God, running along the wall for a few seconds and then jumping and hitting the area the player selects, dealing magic damage and knocked straight up. A charge of the genie's strength is used to reactivate the ability and fall and deal damage.

  4. Fourth ability (into the lamp): Aladdin throws the lamp towards an enemy trapping the first enemy hit inside the lamp and teleporting himself and the enemy inside the lamp for a duel

How to play?

  • The first ability is very useful if it is fully charged and you have a charge of the passive, since the projectiles will return to you wherever you are standing, passing through everything, Therefore you can move freely using the second or third ability to get in line with an enemy and have the return projectiles do as much damage as possible.

  • The third ability is one of the character's best because it can be used to escape even if your path is blocked by a wall like the one Ymir summons, being able to move faster through the jungle dealing damage when falling with the passive charged to steal or buff faster and When fighting, it's a great way to distract and prevent enemies from harming you with some abilities that require precision.

Aladdin's character is one of those who doesn't necessarily play in lane, but can create advantages for the team by having the ability to move between lanes if necessary.

Running

One of this character's abilities is running that allows us to run along a wall and also look forward to where we want to stop. And where we land, we create damage that can increase with the Genie's Strength. Excellent ability to use at the beginning.

Wishes

Unlike others who have targeted potential, this character can be used in more ways and has a passive ability that can be used three times in the game. At any time we can use these wishes that will allow us to restore some power and recover two charges. The other wish allows us to revive Aladdin after death with a speed bonus for a few seconds. And finally the third wish that earns Gold and bonus gold for the following minutes. If invoked well, they can give a nice twist to the game.
