RETURN OF THE KING. At least Deelo thinks I have a monopoly on Just About bounties. Its been a bit but I'M BACK. I forgot to mention items in this video because of how much stuff there is to explain on vulcan. Realistically the items shift so often on mages like Vulcan. Divine Ruin, Chronos Pendant, Totem of Death are all good choices on him.
