I don't know, but my body burns fat if I do Aerobic exercises. Usually, that's a 4 to 6-hour ride with low BPM, I try to keep it within 90-125. Or running, but I hate it because it's too boring. Swimming is also a great burner, but it's complicated to track HR and keep the pace.

if I go into an anaerobic mode which for me is 158-185 BPM heart rate, then fat is not enough as an energy source and I start to burn all muscles that are not currently in use. To counter that I can use sports gels and another source of sugar injection.

Personally, I stay the same 15 stone pretty much constantly.

A gym I went to basically said it's about balance to burning calories and what you take in, so if you say eat 2k cals a day and only burn off 1.5k, then you won't lose anything, it will simply turn into muscle from constant exercise.

So the thing I'm on is

Toast for breakfast Soup for lunch Balanced meals for dinner

I make sure I do my 10k steps every day, even if it's just going for a walk to get it done.

My vices per day are:

1-2 cans of Red Bull A small packet of Skittles

It is purely about balance between what you are consuming, whether food or drink, to what you are burning.

Fuck, means i keep growing. Ok, getting paper und Pen and start counting.

Swimming is nice, the BPM thingi is something i can do with my watch.

Intersting .

Yeah, but you can't see your pulse while swimming. I constantly drop into incorrect HR zone, making training inefficient, also it takes a lot of preparation, esp. compared to running.

You can´t imagine how i hate running. Beside walkinng on a hill without a bike... this unmatched.

Nobody said its easy but every step makes it easier...

I can! I don't like running too, moreover, after I've managed to shatter bones in my leg - running became quite painful at times. So I prefer the bike over anything else. You know, I might have a handy post for you!
