It would have to be this moment from the other day where Djokovic finally won an olympic gold medal, the first set was crazy lasting almost an hour and a half! This is the achievement djokovic has finally won which eluded him. The level of tennis they play was absolutely insane. Well worth watching back

My favorite moment is the women's singles badminton competition, where in the semifinals, between Gregoria Mariska Tunjung from Indonesia against An Se Young from South Korea, their competition was very tense, which we clearly know An Se Young is the world's number 1 women's singles badminton player, but Gregoria didn't give up fighting An Se Young, she fought An Se Young with all her might without thinking about winning or losing. This made me amazed at Gregoria. Her fighting spirit is something we should emulate.

Some call it whitewater kayaking, officially it's Canoe Slalom, but sometimes they call it kayak cross... Olympic Canoe Slalom | Paris 2024 Olympics

Since I started to explore watersports, this one has been pretty interesting and new to me.
Curious about kayak cross? 🤔 New to the Paris 2024 Olympics. - YouTube

The best moment was at 01:19, when an assistant jumped into the water to save the athlete, what a job! Kudos to the safety team!

Usain Bolts 100m win in London 2012 was an amazing moment of sport and entertainment in general. A huge personality and a true entertainer, with the talent and ability to match.

Such an iconic moment in the olympics and more memorable with it being in the UK. the 2nd fastest time in history other than his own 9.58s world record!

The most iconic moment for the olympics from me has to be the Opening ceremony in London. Wow. Directed by the talented Danny Boyle, you can’t help but get goosebumps watching this.

Seeing cameos from the Queen, James Bond, rowan Atkinson?? Whattt?? And let’s not forget the iconic reunion of The Spice Girls, and the recognition of the NHS. I remember where I was when this came on and I saw how untied we were as a country.

I really admire the figure Yusuf Dikec, because at the 2024 Paris Olympics all the participants use sophisticated equipment and were complete with eye mask, but not this man from Turkey. he only used small earplugs without any other tools and he pose like a final boss in video games and got an almost perfect score

Mo Farah 2012 Olympics London winning Gold in 5000m and 10,000m

Recently with the news, there hasn't been a lot to point to and say I'm proud to be British so looking back on cheerier times would be the 2012 Olympics in London. The spectacle of hosting the world games and the international excitement that comes with it.

And in the spot light is Mo Farah bringing home Britain's first Gold medal in the 10,000m. Only to come back and take another gold in the 5,000m race as well. A double gold win, a double gold post box to be erected in his home town, and a doubly happy family cheering on team GB.

Surya Bonaly landing a backflip during the 1998 winter olympics. The move was banned but she did it anyway because of her fall earlier in the program. She had been historically underscored (due to racism in judging) and so she ends the program with her backs to the judges and instead facing the audience.

It is such an amazing moment and has never been repeated again. Its a true show of sportsmanship and her recovery from the fall is amazing!
