Imane Khelif Winning gold in the boxing despite everyone jumping on a transphobic bandwagon against her, even though she isn’t trans and now getting to sue anyone who harassed her publicly online. 🙌

Seeing Alex Yee go from being down and out of the running for gold, to storming back to victory in the dying moments of the race was truly special. He looked to have blown it then produced an amazing finish to pip Wilde to the win!

Watch from 8 minutes to see the impressive final moments of the race.

The most thrilling and most memorable moment was during the rock climbing competition between Veddriq Leonardo from Indonesia and Wu Peng from China, where the time difference between them was only 0.02 seconds.

Hi okayameji, unfortunately it looks like the video is no longer available. Could you find another link to the video and update the submission?

While I wanted to pick the french pole vault who got eliminates due to his assets 0_0, I would have to go with the world record swedish pole vaulter who broke his own record during his final jump.

For me, it was the Men's 10m diving synchro. Me and my Wife are huge fans of the Olympics, and our daughter has never really taken an interest, but this time she sat and watched quite a lot of events with us all because she was gripped by the men's 10m synchro final, where we (GB) ended up taking a silver largely due to the quality of our final dive!

We ended up watching hours and hours of the most random events as a family, but has she not been pulled in my that diving final, it would have been another long wait to try and get her invested in the Olympics!

Marileidy Paulino made history for the Dominican Republic by becoming the first woman from the country to win an Olympic gold medal. Her victory in the women’s 400-meter final at Paris 2024 was even more remarkable as she not only claimed the top spot on the podium but also set a new Olympic record with a time of 48.17 seconds.

For me it has to be this funny moment that wasn't during an event but after.

This guy had his moment in the spotlight.

For me the highlight has to be when Arshad Nadeem won gold for Pakistan in Javelin Throwing. He comes from a village in Pakistan where all the villagers had to scrape money together for him to Even be able to afford to go to the okympics and even practice with a Javelin. He also made history by winning gold, the last time the country won gold was in 1984!

Without any doubt the best moment of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games was the Gold Medal presentation of Marileidy Paulino, the first dominican woman athlete to win Gold in the history of the country.

Marileidy had an impactful presentation on the finals and broke the olympic record on her run.
