Based on my experience with social networks, for me, the ideal would be for the user to have even greater control over what they have access to. For example, even greater personalization, not only offering suggestions based on algorithms, but also the possibility of configuring the feed so that those who wish can completely block some content they don't want to see (I'd love that here, because I get to know things against my will haha).
I think that in a perfect world there could also be greater transparency (ideally total transparency) about how these algorithms work and how we can adjust them manually. I just feel that on some social networks our data is sold and nothing else matters.
Another very important pillar would be an environment that promotes digital well-being and the conscious and healthy use of technology. The amount of time spent is already interesting, but it would be even more beneficial if there were intelligent blocks, such as at rest times, meal times... as well as a focus mode integrated with social networks at times when we need to be more productive.
As well as encouraging original content, talent and, above all, truth! I don't like superficial engagement, like dancing or things like that. In my opinion, informative content would be much better, and I even follow several people who do this in a very entertaining way. As well as encouraging art, writing...
I think that would be ideal for me. Bringing together personalization to meet everyone's needs, promoting conscious use and valuing talent. Nowadays there's a lack of places that focus on the user experience, now it's just a storm of advertisements. Finally, monetization as a form of reward for healthy use I think is an incredible idea too, it stimulates engagement and works very well for me!
