Hi o0bruno0o, yes, you can.
If a submission has been marked participant, not eligible, or shortlisted, you can always delete it and try again, but you must make substantive changes to the video. In your case, your submission had no sound and was not a highlights reel. Re-read the reward description and take care to meet the requirements.
You are only not permitted to submit a different video if your submission is marked 'disqualified'.
