Pointy Mountains is the epic final map of Two Point Museum, released for free to all players on July 17. With no starting funds, no starting building, and a tiny starting plot, it's the most challenging map in the game. As such, if you get a five-star rating on it, you'll get a unique decoration as a reward: the Bigfoot Statue.

Hey MudaCat94, yep absolutely, you should be able to delete your submissions as long as they haven't already been awarded (or marked 'ineligible', which I don't think any of yours have). You'll be able to make a new submission as long as the reward itself hasn't closed.
