'Tis the season, and 'tis time to 'tis tell stories about 'tis! Ahem. For this reward, create a story based on the themes of Christmas or winter, and tell it by making a webcomic from screenshots taken within Two Point Museum and using its lovely winter update. There are three prize tiers for this one depending on the length of your webcomic - click 'reward details' for more!

For this reward, we're looking for stories told using screenshots from Two Point Museum, plus speech bubbles, captions, and other devices found in comic books and graphic novels.

Here are the eligibility requirements:

Your story must be themed after winter or Christmas, and ideally, should fit within the charming, whimsical world of Two Point Museum! While we're open to very high-quality stories that take a different tone, your safest bet is to make it funny, cosy, silly, or heartwarming.
Your story must be told using screenshots taken from within Two Point Museum, annotated with speech bubbles, captions, and other storytelling devices used by comic books and graphic novels;
Your story should make heavy use of the free content added in the Two Point Museum winter update;
You may enter with images on X, Bluesky, or Instagram, or with videos in which you read your story out loud on YouTube.
You're welcome and encouraged to come up with an original story of your very own, but we're also open to reinterpretations of classic Christmas stories like A Christmas Carol or The Nutcracker, or stories that are wintry but not strictly Christmas-related, like The Snowman.

There are several prize tiers available depending on the length of your story, from punchy webcomics to those made from many dozens of panels, which would effectively be short stories in the form of graphic novels (graphic novellas? Graphic flash fiction?).

Regardless of which tier you intend to tackle, we suggest writing your intended story first, then going into the game - feel free to edit or rearrange your museums to create the scenes you need - to take your screenshots, and then combine them into a sequence using image-editing software, adding speech bubbles and captions to complete the comic. See this previous reward, and its winning submissions, for more inspiration and guidance.

For $30, we want to see stories consisting of at least 20 panels (screenshots). We advise against being too ambitious, but this should give you space to tell a more substantial story with a bit more of an arc.
For $20, create a short story using between six and 19 panels. Think of this as flash fiction, and remember that flash fiction doesn't need to be an entire story with a beginning, middle, and end. While flash fiction can do that, it's often better when it doesn't - you can leave questions unanswered, mysteries unsolved, and readers wanting more.
For $10, create a shorter webcomic consisting of three to five images. This one's for those quick setup-and-punchline comics and cartoons that you still sometimes see in newspapers!

As ever, we reserve the right to reject entries that don't meet a quality bar commensurate with the value of the reward, so please don't pad out your story just to hit a higher tier unless you're coming up with something really brilliant which justifies the extra length! Bad stories will be rejected.
