Blizzard is making a lot of changes for Season 2 of Diablo 4 which is called Season of Blood. Most of the changes are based on community feedback following a rather poor Season 1. Highlights include:
5 new bosses. Some new some returning
Renown changes (Paragon Points, Skill Points, Potion Charges, and Obol capacity upgrades will now carry over )
Reworking of resistances
Gems being moved out of the main inventory
