I'm glad to see Armored Core VI get nominated for storytelling. I'd read criticisms that it tells rather than shows, with much of the story being told to you through faceless audio recordings, but I think the impersonal nature of it, combined with the in-mission chatter, is what makes its storytelling work

I didn't have a chance to play it yet, but it's on my list. My friends who got to play it really loved it.

Most Wanted Game is an easy Fable for me, followed by Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines 2.

Dave the Diver should absolutely get PC Game of the Year!

Same two most wanted for me, along with Star Wars Outlaws. I am unashamedly hyped for any Star Wars video game.

That's totally understandable! I've got Star Wars Jedi: Survivor in the back catalogue. The first one was amazing, but I probably spent more time in photo mode than actually playing 😂

Ah man, Jedi Survivor is fantastic. I'm slightly fonder of Fallen Order because it was so fresh and surprisingly good at the time, but Survivor is undoubtedly the better game! A new game plus run is on my list to do over the Christmas break.

I'm the same when I get my hands on photo mode 😂

FFVII Rebirth for me but I love Star Wars too so Outlaws is the other one on my list.

I reckon Baldur's Gate 3 will run away with any awards it's nominated for, and not undeservedly so! I had to go for Dredge for the best indie game though, what a gem that was.
