Well I certainly feel extremely old now. What a beautiful looking trailer it was for the time too, cutting-edge graphics even for a pre-rendered scene.
With that said though, the 2017 trailer is still one of my all-time favourite video game trailers. The music kicking in as soon as Knox breaks through the window, followed by the police chase is just pure vibes and right up my street when it comes to setting and atmosphere for a video game.
Will it ever see the light of day? Who knows, but even if it does, I don't think it will live up to expectations after being in development for so long.
