What's your favourite bullet-time game?

Original Max Payne, for sure. Still vividly remember those ridiculous blood trail nightmare levels.

Probably Fallout New Vegas if the VATS system counts. Honestly, though, it's not my favourite for the bullet-time, so I'll keep thinking.
