Given Judas is from the creator of Bioshock, it shouldn't be overly surprising that it feels similar though some people unimpressed with just how similar.
All I know is I'll never be upset by the sentence "Bioshock with cowboy dinosaurs!"

I understand the reaction in the comments; Levine gave the impression he was working on something radically different when he shut down his studio and, at least based on this, I don't really see it. I love BioShock and if this does just turn out to be BioShock in space, I'll play it and enjoy it, but the idea he was working on something even more ambitious was an exciting one.
That sentence alone would sell it to me! 😂
Ken Levine previously talked about games built of 'narrative Legos', whatever that means, but maybe that'll be what distinguish it from Bioshock?
Ha I was tempted to mention the "narrative Legos" quote. That's what sticks out to me from when he shut down Irrational. I'm sure it's a difficult concept to convey in a trailer, but it's the fact that I don't get any sense of that, or of anything fundamentally different from BioShock, that's made me think maybe he gave up on it.
