Elderfield challenge: complete the demo using only the wooden stick!

Elderfield hands you a wooden stick and an entire cursed town to survive with it. For this reward, we want to see just how far that stick can take you - and what difficulties the challenge causes along the way.

Play through the demo from start to finish without ever equipping another weapon, then make a video out of your footage. Check reward details for more (and an update).

You can find the wooden stick right at the beginning of the game, while searching the piles of garbage in Farmer Han's yard. Once obtained, you may never take it off for this challenge.

To be sure of eligibility and raise your chances of winning a prize, pay attention to the following guidance:

All entries MUST be TikTok or YouTube videos between 2 and 8 minutes in length (either shortform or midform).
The end-point of the demo is the Local Mall dungeon - beat the two main bosses there and fully explore the dungeon. If you've done that without changing away from the stick, you've fulfilled this challenge.
This may, however, take you hours, even if you skip the demo's side quests. A full video of that would be the most honest way to audit this challenge, but it wouldn't make for the most entertaining video, and that's our ultimate goal. You can either vastly speed up the dull bits or cut them entirely to keep your final video snappy and entertaining - include the exciting highs and the tense, terrifying lows of your run.
We'll be honest, we're not 100% sure this challenge is actually possible. If you fail to clear the demo with your trusty stick, all is not lost - we may award prizes or Amplifications to very amusing failed attempts (but we'll probably shortlist them first to keep space for potential successful runs). If you do clear the demo, include one or both of the final boss fights (stick-only) so we know you brought one of the big bads down.
Besides being earnest attempts to clear this challenge, all videos must be quality, entertaining content. We may reject your entry if it's not an entertaining video, even if we believe you've cleared the demo with the stick.
All videos must grab attention right away and hold it throughout. Keep the edit snappy and add some commentary - human voiceover strongly preferred - to narrate your run, provide the context we need to enjoy it, discuss your tactics (how on earth are you going to do this?), and react appropriately to all the big moments.
As long as you don't switch away from the stick, other gear (tools, armour, accessories) is fine.

Update 12/9: An earlier version of this reward asked players to reach the end credits of the demo, but several players reported not being able to find those credits, so we've removed the requirement from the reward.
