There are a couple of criteria submissions must meet to be eligible for the reward on this bounty. First, to meet a reasonable definition of 'up-and-coming', they must have fewer than 20,000 followers/subscribers or equivalent. You also must explain why you like them so much, and give some examples of their best work - if they make YouTube videos, post your favourite of their vids; if they stream, post one of their best highlight clips; and so on. The best submissions will earn $4.
