More animted emotes on Twitch for Affiliates and Partners!

Massive hype for this!

Twitch just recently made the announcement of extra animated emote slots for both Affiliates and Partners! Honestly I need more emotes (I'm totes not addicted to them), they also announced that if you use the built in Twitch Alerts for 60 days you get an extra 2 slots, but if you remove the twitch alerts then they of course go away. It's still pretty cool that they're doing this, I gotta think up some ideas now.

this is cool, I just admit I haven’t looked into animated emotes yet, has anyone else? Can you use gifs or make them yourself? And are you using them as a subscriber perk? Thanks

There's a few sites out there that you can use to make gifs which you can upload to Twitch as animated emotes, canva is a great one to use! The animated emote is a subscriber perk, follower emotes are for everyone who follows the channel, however you can't use them outside of the channel, but if you're a subscriber to the channel then you can use them outside of the channel. My emotes are a mix of commissions from an artist, some are from etsy, some I've made myself and then some are gifs. I'm looking into more emote slots with my artist when they open up new emote slots
