Generally I ignore dislikes unless they're significant enough in volume as I get people disliking everything I publish. Some people will just dislike for the sake of disliking. It may also depend on your subject, some things will always stir up more dislikes than usual. Instead look for anything that's out of the ordinary and then you can try to narrow it down using what Horror and Cats suggests.

I know most of the times people dislike the topic/game or that I'm a casual player. Clearly my guides are not for them, yet when I see a dislike on a bad day it will impact my self-confidence. Since they don't impact the algorithm I wish there was a way to hide them so you don't see them as a creator. People who want to give constructive feedback will reach out anyway.

Sometimes I am just baffled by a dislike. Who dislikes a video of a purring kitten or dogs playing lol

Okay that is shocking. Everyone is free to dislike a content about a game or movie but not the cute pets.
