You may see Dislikes and worry about the algorithm. Don't. Dislikes don't work like they used to. Dislikes are exclusively a "feedback" mechanism to let you know, as a creator, what people think.
There are questions you'll ask yourself for every dislike. Is it the editing? Is it the content? The subject matter? The length? The format?
Unfortunately, it is none, one, some, or all of the above. You can intuit the meaning of an abnormal amount of dislikes if you differ your technique. You can discern the meaning of dislikes if you expand your focus. But, starting out, all you can do is what you want to do.
Your audience will find you.
