I'm really curious what kinds of formulas other corp leaders are using to automate payment for their members, especially with regards to industry. It seems like the system is the future, anybody found any great formulas?

What we would do is moon mining, essentially you take 100% off the field
60% to the corporation 40% to the members of the mining fleet split equally, regardless of whether they were in a Venture or Hulk, doesn't matter what mining vessel you had, if you were on the field, you got an equal split.
With Missions: All loot/salvage taken by the corporation and the same percentages above 60/40 in favor of the corporation, this is because members need to remember the corporation needs money to run.
Our PvP fleets where frigates, this is what we did, 60+ of us three nights a week in T1 frigates, our industry wings job was to build them.
