I don't know about the warp disrupt specifically, but Storyline blueprints and manufacturing parts normally drop from Cosmos agents mission rewards or I believe I've got some out of the various 'Sleeper Cache' hacking sites that can be scanned down across K-space as well
Yeah my guess was that but with Cosmos missions taking a hit years ago, I have no idea where you get stuff now for them lol.
Yeah it's such a broken part of the game that I think in pratical terms the answer is now... you don't. (unless you're one of the handful of players that bottleneck the cosmos missions of course)
Yeh, it's a shame because those Cosmos missions where fun to do, just random sites and objectives lol.
Definitely. I was really enjoying following the Amarr ones a couple years back, trying to pick up on more of the lore of New Eden. I generally enjoy a lot of the lore stuff, so the most disappointing thing for me is that there is a bunch tied up behind these bottlenecks that I just won't be able to access. And my experience being unable to complete the Amarr ones has put me off starting any others
Yeh I can imagine. CCP do so well sometimes and then some of the decisions leave you shaking your head in despair lol
