I think one of the most underrated ships in EVE Online is the Scythe – the humble T1 logistics cruiser.

Players often limit a ship’s potential to its role bonuses, overlooking alternative uses. But the Scythe earns a spot in my Solo PvP tier list for a reason: it has surprisingly strong combat capabilities. Stat-wise, it’s a cruiser with the speed and signature radius of a destroyer, yet it offers the slots, HP, and capacitor more akin to a full-sized cruiser.

It is difficult to decide for one certain ship that is underrated in all of New Eden, so I want to tell you about a ship I personally got to know as underrated. My Exequror is a repairing support ship that is fitted for PvP and gets a surprising amount of fights because it looks harmless. It has great tank and is really fun to fly. Just don't tell too many people it has got teeth!

It is actually one of the few ships I fly dirty to have the visual and lore of the dust collecting on the hull. I even got it a special skin shorty after SKINR dropped. While I cannot really fly it while looking for fights, it is nice to look at while traveling to my next hunting grounds!

It might not be a first choice for lone wolves, but to me, it's one of those ships that really promotes teamwork by taking advantage of its bonuses to drones, such as speed and damage. Additionally, it can boost the fleet with the ability to use command bursts, which makes it a very appealing option for group outings.

The Gallente Shuttle, really all shuttles, is my underrated ship! It does the zoomies really well and for some reason all the ones I own have cat names.

Plus if I need to move a small module, it’s the perfect microhauler!
