"I’d be interested to hear which remakes JA folks enjoy more than the original series or film. Lot’s of fans are very defensive of the original material and that's fine, but I genuinely believe certain remakes perfected the formula.
"My specific example is the 2010 I Spit On Your Grave remake of the Camille Keaton classic. In the original, the revenge kills were all a bit slapdash, but in the remake, all the men who wronged her were taken out in themed manners which ironically recreated all the ways they wronged her. I felt it was a fantastic addition to the formula."
