This is, by far, the most harrowing horror film I have ever seen… and I’ve seen a LOT.

The unflinching, unrelenting and unapologetic portrayal of its story is one for the ages. When Evil Lurks has set a standard for the balance of compelling grotesquerie without actually glorifying the horrors it shows you which will not be easily met in years to come.
