My guess as well and I'll been sitting here trying to figure out what community it could be. Any guesses?
no can't tell what it is, I did a reverse image search after running it through an upscaler and lets just say it was way off the mark!
It looks anime to me, even blurred, the stance etc.
I've managed to clean it up a bit!

I've cleaned the image up but its held for moderation. It does look like anime, a woman in a flowing black dress with brown boots on by the look of it.
Yeh I'm a big fan of anime so i was looking at the stance and such n was like, that has to be anime
I got excited and initially thought Hades 2, then looked at the artwork for it and realised I was wrong!
My guess after the new pic on Xitter is Diablo
