Hey Philip, yes you can. If you click on your avatar on the top right and navigate to 'Communities', you can leave one from there. It does look to me like the option is currently only visible from desktop, so if on mobile you may need to set it to desktop mode. I just tried it and it worked for me

It does show on mobile but only in landscape. One of those site pages/sections where elements are culled due to the screen width.

That worked too. I had to be on portrait orientation to get to the communities link in the profile and then landscape to see the leave option.
