Here is part of my Lego collection in my office...

Awesome setup, I see a 75212 Falcon, do you like it more than the traditional 'grey' one?

The ultimate Falcon is my goal but the size and price have pushed it back for the time being.

Hey great post. I'm a massive fan of anime (00's) and video games and subsequently collected quite a lot of merch of each. I got the standard detolf full of anime waifus though not being a fan of current anime shows has been a saving grace for my wallet.

I'm between places at the moment but once I'm settled I'll be making a post of my set up on JA, so something to look forward to

Thanks! Any particular reason why you prefer anime from the 2000s? Personally, my current playlist is filled with anime from the 80s, like "Akira," "Space Adventure Cobra," and "Lupin." There's something charming about the high-detail art and dark shadow style of that era.

Probs like most things - it's what I grew up watching. Getting access to the internet and discovering there is more anime than Dragon Ball Z, Sailor Moon, and Cardcaptors Sakura. It's actually how my partner and I bonded during our first few dates so I do treasure the memories I have watching them on YT in three parts

I've been interested in earlier anime series. I loved Akira (like most people) and started watching the OG Gundam (with Amuro and Char) but it's been a struggle to keep my interest for a long time

Im not sure if I have mentioned before but im quite interested in warhammer and miniature painting.

It was a cornerstone in me working through a difficult time and has continued to give me confidence, be a creative outlet and, to my surprise, be more sociable.

Video games are another hobby I am passionate about. Weather its playing new games, getting back in to a classic or watching streams or videos I am always doing something gamey.

I am rarely able to do both at the same time however. I may paint and build for a week or month, move back on to a game for the same amount of time and sometimes I may not pick up a brush or controller for 6 months.

I feel lucky that I have access to two very different hobbys so no matter my mood I have somthing to help me relax after work.

Too many...

Video and tabletop gaming, LEGO, readying, writing, watching film, tv series and anime, sports (I watch but I would do oh so much more)... I would do some rl photography as well if I'd have the chance... The difficult part is not having many passions, it's about fitting everything in one life... 😂

Society tries to push the monothematic approach: you live and die for one and only one passion. How many times you got sidelined because you wanted to enjoy multiple things instead of just one? More than once, at least for me. I believe that's a very bad approach, leading to people getting bored easily and loosing "the world" the moment the one and only passion is no more around.
