Hi folks, today’s weekly update focuses on a feature potentially the biggest impact on members’ experience on our platform. We’ve been trialling it with a few members recently, but today we’re happy to make it available to everyone.
JAComposer
Compose yourself: creating replies and discussions just became so much smoother! Earlier today we deployed our new text editor, JAComposer, for all members. You should find it a simpler and more intuitive way to tag members, embed media, and format your text.

Big Fixes and Optimisations
Our tech team’s main focus has been the JAComposer, with bugs being squashed before it was released more widely. In addition to these we’ve made some optimisations based on member feedback, including expanding the number of live feed items to 100, increasing the community picker text size that appears while creating a new discussion, and JAComposer will even save your discussion if you decide to switch communities mid-flow.
Summer Game Fest watch party!
