25 years ago, Sega entered the console race for the last time with their Dreamcast. An incredibly innovative machine capable of playing with other's online, bringing Sonic to true 3D with his amazing Adventure, and having arcade perfect ports of Capcom's most revered Fighting Games.
It had a great advertising campaign of releasing on 9/9/99 for $199 and was the first of the sixth generation of consoles to release.
Sadly it couldn't compete against one of the strongest line up of consoles: Sony's Playstation 2, Nintendo's GameCube, and newcomer Microsoft Xbox.
