Do You Get ASMR?

I feel like I’m missing out because I don’t get ASMR. Does anyone here get it? If so, what kind of sounds work for you specifically?

I’ve been tossing around the idea of doing ASMR readings of Reaident Evil documents game by game as a series and seeing if people have interest, but it’s hard to pull the trigger on since I don’t actually get ASMR so I can’t be sure if it’s the right way to do it.
