Hey folks, the weekly Wednesday platform update is back after a short rest. There’s a lot to cover, so let’s get right into it. 

You can now report AI submissions

As we welcome more members and launch more rewards, the ever-present challenge of weeding out AI submissions grows proportionately (as a reminder: generative AI is usually antithetical to Just’s mission of rewarding human creativity, so please assume it is not allowed in your reward submissions).

Our moderation tools help us catch the vast majority of inauthentic submissions, but as we grow, we’re going to need your help. We recently released a new weapon for that: look in the reactions tray for a new button with a robotic face labelled report AI submission.

In the future we may attach some clever automation to this button, but for now, it will simply alert our team of a potential AI submission, helping us to spot inauthentic content and take appropriate action. Please use this new tool responsibly!

One more thing: our AI content policy now lives in the catch-all ‘How it Works’ article in the top nav. If you haven’t read it yet, please do so!

Suggest-a-reward form

Do you have an idea for a new type of reward or want to see more of your favourites? Let us know via the new suggest-a-reward form, available in the main menu!

New communities and rewards

We’ve been busy launching new communities over the last few weeks - as well as rolling out our new and improved branding - so it’s worth a quick recap of the awesome games that now come enhanced with Just’s opportunities to earn! They are:

• Two Point Museum, a charming management sim from many of the folks who made Theme Hospital

• Empyreal, a loot-driven action RPG set in an inventive science-fantasy world and packed with bright ideas

• And Wobbledogs, a sandbox pet sim bursting with colour in which you raise a brood of rapidly mutating dogs

If you missed any of these when they went live, do check them out and browse their rewards. We think you’ll agree there’s a ton of variety here, especially alongside our current games!

Member profiles

Have you updated your member profile yet? Did you miss the recent exciting announcement that you can?

Well, now that the overhaul is live, it’s your time to shine! Your profile - which includes a feed of your submissions - can be used to direct on-platform members to your off-platform content. We’re very excited for this and we hope it leads to a few Just members discovering and following you elsewhere. To that end, remember: the better your submissions, the more likely members will be to follow your connected socials, so keep making brilliant stuff and let’s all grow together.

Bug fixes and optimisations

It’d take us all week to write up every fix and optimisation we’ve released since the last update, so here’s a shortened list of the most visible:

• The reward pop-up now only pops up after making a submission

• Previously entered rewards no longer appear on the reward racks on the homepage

• Reward racks on the homepage now have a view all button to take you to the community

• Submissions are now added to member profiles as soon as they’re submitted
