This build primarily utilizes the synergies between lightning and poison in the game to combine the room clearing provided by the lightning bouncing between enemies and the constant damage of poison to destroy bosses.

Dashing Strikes: Dashing increases weapon attack damage, this is very important when using bow because you always want to be dashing in between charged attacks
Lighter Loads: While Fortune is thrown, increases the damage of weapon and card attacks

Rewarding Recycling: Increases the amount of gold found in Coffers

I like to use Hammer of Storms as it synergizes with all the lightning relics we have giving us a little extra damage
Relics
I will name the main relics that make this build work
Wire Spool: Charged weapon attacks emit lightnings. This, along with Soiled Syringe, are the main relics of this build.
Soiled Syringe: Charged weapon hits inflict poison
Copper Rod: Increases the times that lightning travles between enemies by 2. This greatly increases our ability to clean rooms.
Static Toxin: Poisoned enemies have a 25% chance to strike nearby foes with lightning. Again, this sinergizes a lot with the other relics
Aliminium Frame: Increases the range of lightning by using Fortune as a conductor. This also increases our chances of bouncing lightning between enemies, making it easier to clear rooms.
Stats
This build primarily benefits from increasing the damage of conjurations, as this increases all damage we do with lightning and poison. It's also good to focus on increasing Weapon to increase base damage with weapons.
