Think of how Airbnb and equivalent sites display rental properties for prospective holidaymakers, then match that style as closely as you can for your build. You'll probably want to include such details as:
Its location and views
How many rooms and beds it has
Amenities, key features, nice touches, and other selling points
Multiple photographs highlighting the various spaces
Information on the local area
Customer reviews
