The Guardian's annual top 100 male football players list is now complete:
There's definitely more than a couple I'd take issue with in the top 10/20 spots, but then I guess that's part of the point of this kind of list.

I wasn't able to look at the whole list because I was seeing a lot of atrocities... It's a top 100 that seems to be made without any parameters, very confusing. These are definitely not the 100 best players today. We can even take a moment to reflect on how, since the "retirement" of CR7 and Messi from top-level soccer, we haven't had such solid and constant highlights until now. You can see that we have promising youngsters and players who don't always do well or even those who remain constant but when they play for the national team they're awful... in short, the list is bad, it's better to follow the fifa rankings, the best has so far been the best order of the best players!
