There are loads of iconic tech startup sounds, including plenty that spark off nostalgia, due to how often we'd hear them as kids. For this reward, we want to see how well you can identify tech just by their startup sounds. Here's how this will work:
Record a video of a piece of tech with a startup sound, but do not show or tell us what it is!
Submit your video as an entry to this reward.
Watch/listen to some other entries and guess what they are in the replies!
If someone guesses your submission correctly, make sure to tell them.
Note that you must reply to people who guess at your submission, and also guess at least one other submission to receive a reward.

As a music producer / sound designer / general creative, this challenge sounded awesome to me. I wanted to give people something simple but tricky for this one.
So I've spent quite a bit of time pondering what device I could use for this challenge and recently I found something that I think is perfect for this.
