We've got our catch-all "what is Citadel and who should play it" intro reward, but for this one, we want more focused content.
Make a short guide, explainer, or hype video about something particular within Citadel: how trading, looting, extracting, or ship upgrading works, how to win in combat, etc.

To play Citadel, head to alpha.thecitadel.com to access the playtest, which will run throughout the weekends of July 10-12 and July 17-19.
The folks at Citadel are looking for authentic high-quality video content that shows off and explains their game. Please ensure your entry does the following:
Pick something interesting or appealing about Citadel which either needs more explanation or deserves its own particular spotlight. This could be a complex system with tons of depth and hidden quality, or something super fun and exciting that isn't obvious at first. Note that we have two distinct rewards for general highlights reels and general introductions/explainers, so please don't overlap with those or duplicate their content - for this, we want hype or explainer videos hooked around a particular system, feature, or experience.
They must also have spoken commentary, and it must be in your real voice - not text to speech.
Be sure to capture the best footage you can: stable, engaging, and well-exposed. Be sure to mention that it’s an early access game. Aim for a minimum of 1080p.
All videos should be between 60 and 180 seconds in length.

What is Citadel?
Megastructures, spaceships, loot, permadeath.
Citadel is a browser-native extraction looter in which players coordinate and compete for resources in a high-stakes environment. Every decision you make affects your chances of survival; enter breaches taking risks and come out with loot, or die and lose it all.
Expansive world. As you push deeper into the outskirts of Citadel you will encounter more formidable opponents in tactical and immersive combat. Fitting, forging, and levelling up your ship involves strategic decisions to become more powerful. Managing your inventory is essential to succeed.
Browser based. No downloads or installs; joining a session becomes as easy as clicking a link or sharing it with a friend. Citadel removes friction and allows you to jump straight into the gameplay.
