I noticed the direction was to create a YT video, but didn't mention shortform specifically. Wanted check to see if that was because Shorts were not preferable. If so, I'll delete & resubmit a different version.

If shortform isn't specifically requested, it isn't required. So your entry for this one can be either shortform or midform, it just needs to hit all the criteria in 'reward details':
"There are no strict limitations on length. We want videos that hold the viewer's attention, so don't go on too long, but if it's too short the soundtrack won't have a chance to shine (and we may read it as lack of effort!)."
