Do you reckon Cyberpunk will go the way of No Man's Sky? Like, keep on developing and getting better?

I was so excited for Cyberpunk, but didn't pick it up when it reviewed so badly. Considering giving it a shot now though.

I think it has those kind of legs, and CD Projekt are still giving it attention when other devs/pubs would have shitcanned it and walked away.

I've started it three times but only got about 10 hours in though.

Lol I got up to about 15 hours back when it came out and then gave up. The first few hours following the main story I really liked, and I really wanted it to be good. Tried to pick it back up a few weeks ago and remembered why I dropped it which I don't think there is a need to go into. Played for an hour and was sitting there shaking my head and getting frustrated at all sorts of things, it wasn't fun.

Hopefully the expansion does a lot for the core main game as well and people that were disappointed and gave up with it can get the experience they were hoping for. I think I am done with it though and won't be getting it.

How come (it’s not holding your interest)?

It's legitimately great - the reviews were right to pan it for the tech issues on the relevant platforms, but even at launch on the 'next-gen' versions it was brilliant.

Give it a shot. It got a rough deal when it launched from press, especially on PC where technically it was not nearly as bad as consoles. Now the game is a real cracker and I would urge anyone to give it a go. I still have one of the different endings to do and want to get to that before Phantiom Liberty surfaces.

I got totaly sucked in with the pre-release hype and created the interactive map for it on my community site before the game launched. It became a labour of love having to do it all in illustrator with little to go on. Now the expansion is coming out I will have to update it but can't remember most of what I did as it was a couple of years ago. Guess I'll need to find all the files again :(
