Does Metal Gear Solid Master Collection include Metal Gear Online?

I can't find a good answer to this anywhere so I'm hoping someone with deep Solid Snake lore can help - does anyone know if the upcoming Master Collection includes the Metal Gear Online mode that came with MGS 3: Snake Eater?
