I feel like this app is becoming more well-known now but just wanted to flag to any PS5 owners on here. I have no relation or business with the creator of this app, just to say, it's just a great app and far better than remote play available through PS App. Xbox puts Playstation to shame with remote play capabilities.
PSPlay is available on the app store. You do have to pay for it (one off, no in-app purchases) but once set up, it will connect to your console wherever you are in the world, allowing you to kill some time in airports, while chilling on holiday, while on a long commute etc and is well worth the money. ive owned it for a long time and paired with a a phone controller it works perfectly!
