While DOOM: The Dark Ages hits shelves on May 15, Bethesda seems to be doubling down. A mobile tie-in game, DOOM: Match to Die, is reportedly in the works—blending the DOOM universe with fast-paced match-3 mechanics.
You’ll still rip and tear, but this time through combos, weapon charges, and Slayer upgrades. Classic enemies like Imps, Cacodemons, and Revenants return, now in grid form, with boss fights and tactical perks tied to matching symbols.
Expect metal riffs, bright chaos, and lots of headshots.
