I read it a long time ago, and it's always stuck with me. It's the story of what would have happened if Superman landed in the USSR as a baby instead of rural USA. With a low-tech Batman and a Superman-free Lex Luthor timeline, it gets pretty wild towards the end.
There's an animated version too, but I haven't watched it:
